Wednesdays have been a bit on the quiet side lately as several of our members have been away. However you might like to see these quilts that are being worked on.

Bronwen has begun a quilt of Carpenters Wheels using yellow and orange in the centre and soft greens and pinks around the edge. She has to make at least 16 blocks.

Margaret has made lots of hexagons and is now appliquéing them to her strippy background. This quilt is based on one that she saw at the Eastwood exhibition earlier this year.

Naomi has pulled another unfinished quilt from the cupboard and is making more blocks to finish it off. She feels that if all the blocks are finished and put together then she can put it back in the cupboard as a finished top with a clear conscience.
