Back again by popular demand, here are a few photos from 2018.
Bronwen’s bright and colourful friendship quilt is one that she has donated to a charity. I hope it goes to someone who really loves it.
Annette started off the year with a finished quilt – beautiful.
Now she is working on an applique border for all these blue triangles.
I ran this one up in a week using fabric that Sue has discarded in the cleanup of her sewing room. For a long time I’ve wanted to make this pattern from ‘Japanese Quilt Inspirations’ by Susan Briscoe. It was so quick and easy and made good use of all the reds. It’s going to the same charity as Bronwen’s.
I hope you enjoy these few glimpses of our productive and creative little group and I’ll see you again soon.
